(Protect Vehicles) Identify neighboring areas that could be affected by incident (Deny Access) Assign Intelligence Officer for info on Organization Consider UC personnel to for intelligence in the crowd (Behavior Detection Ofcrs) Consider Overwatch Protection (SWAT) Make appropriate notifications Delegate Traffic Control Sergeant Broadcast Commanders Intent Frequently Consider contacting Community Leaders such as Clergy, Teachers, Union Representatives to mitigate civil unrest If deemed to be an UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY, notify the crowd of the DISPERSAL ORDER (different languages if feasible). Consider digital signs for visual Consider road closures to keep more people from entering the area (if unlawful assembly) Consider Air Support for overview of the location, size and direction of the crowd Consider video recording the actions of the crowd.
